What is the journey like in Roolalo?

Create the offer

Describe the offer, set the rewards, and determine the reach. You can also decide whether to use our influencer network.

Distribute the offer

Share the link with your contacts. You choose how: privately (via email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, etc.) or publicly on your social networks.

The magic begins

Your contacts and/or influencers share your offer with their networks.

Step 3

Recommendation

When someone recommends a candidate, they receive the offer details. If they are interested, they must apply.

Step 4

Filtering

Our AI evaluates the candidate's fit for your offer and assigns them a score. If they don\’t meet the minimum threshold, they won\’t reach you.

Step 5

A candidate arrives

You receive a blind CV, a recommendation letter, and the fit score from our AI, so you can decide whether to reveal their details.

Step 6

Reveal

If you choose to reveal, you'll gain access to the candidate's details, and everyone involved in referring that candidate will receive their reward 7 days later.

Step 7

Hire

Once you hire a candidate, the recommender will receive the extra bonus you set.
